Boston Mayor and Casino Mogul Discuss Everett Casino at 'Productive' fulfilling

A day or two after a judge ruled against Boston's appropriate effort to prevent gambling operator Wynn Resorts from developing a $1.7-billion casino resort on the Everett waterfront, City Mayor Martin Walsh and casino mogul Steve Wynn talked about the problem behind closed doors, with Mr. Wynn calling the discussions quite 'helpful.'

The gambling business had been awarded one of three licenses for fully-fledged casinos in Massachusetts in the autumn of 2014. Ever since then, Mayor Walsh and Mr. Wynn have been quarreling on the proposed project. Officials for MGM Springfield introduced on Thursday the Massachusetts Gaming Commission with information regarding the proposed changes towards the $950-million resort and casino resort the gambling operator is building in downtown Springfield.
